Pokemon Go Thanksgiving Event Revealed
Pokemon Go's special Halloween event has gined a big success before. Now Niantic is doing Thanksgiving event for Pokemon Go as Niantic has made an announcement, indicating more extra XP and stardust.
The special Halloween event made Pokemon Go fans feel interesting and also brought players back. For Thanksgiving, Niantic is rolling out a similar concept. They actually don't specifically mention Thanksgiving in the announcement, but that's very clearly the reason for the event. As the announcement mentioned, " We are passionate about creating experiences that encourage exploration and promote exercise. We are humbled that hundreds of millions of you around the world have joined us on this journey. So we would like to say thank you - and what better way to say thank you than to celebrate our community."
The Thanksgiving event will be started November 23rd at 00:00 UTC and going through November 30th 00:00 UTC. Daily bonuses recently arrived to Pokémon Go, rewarding players for signing in and playing daily, so it's not surprising to see more timed in-game events. During the event, Niantic will also double the amount of XP and stardust.
According to heavy.com, below are all of the XP rewards in the game, as well as the special amount of XP you'll gain throughout the week.
